Cocoa bear paws with cinnamon, cloves, and not only taste but also smell beautiful. And especially they are the least laborious Christmas cookies, so it’s worth not missing them.
Ingredients (40 bear paws)
- 200 g flour
- 90 g icing sugar
- 80 g milled almonds
- 160 g butter
- 1 egg
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder
- lemon peel
Knead the dough thoroughly, wrap it in the food foil and let rest in the fridge overnight.
Then just press the dough into the candy molds and preheat the oven to 160 °C. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of the molds.
After baking while still warm, lightly dust with icing sugar. If you prefer it sweeter, you can roll straight into the sugar.
